The Rev. Daniel T. Moore, Rector

rector@stpaulsdoylestown.org

Father Daniel Moore is the 27th Rector of Saint Paul’s Church.

Before his arrival at St. Paul’s in October 2017, Fr. Moore served parishes in North Carolina and Florida. He is a graduate of Duke University (M.Div., 2015), the University of Virginia (M.A., 2009), and James Madison University (B.A., 2005).

Raised as a Baptist and schooled as a Reformed evangelical, one could say that Fr. Moore is a relative newcomer to The Episcopal Church. He was confirmed in 2007, and ordained to the priesthood in 2015.

Fr. Moore is a native of Charlottesville, VA, and had a brief career in the information industry before discerning a vocation to the priesthood. He is married to his wife Kristin, and together they have four young children.

When he isn’t about the church, Fr. Moore can probably be found at the park with his little’uns. You are welcome to contact him via email here.

Mr. Erich Kessling, Sexton

Erich Kessling has been the Sexton of St. Paul’s since 2001. He is a native of Cheltenham, PA. After brief stops in New Mexico and North Carolina, he moved to Doylestown in 1987.

He has been married to his wife Jean since 1996. Erich is an avid toy and military memorabilia collector, and when not at work can be found assembling model kits or spoiling the family cat. He is best contacted via his cell phone—voice, not text. As he is a caveman when it comes to communication technology, all text messages sent his way will become hopelessly lost within the void.
