Back to School Backpacks

This is a seasonal outreach project that benefits the Bucks County Housing Group.

Through this project, St. Paul's supplies an average of 30 backpacks for children at our local facility as well as surrounding Bucks County members.

Each backpack is filled with all the necessary school supplies for grades from K to 12. This project alleviates the stress of families faced with financial challenges.

A list of needed supplies is attached to this email. If you supply a completed backpack, please attach a label noting the grade level it is for.

All donations are gratefully accepted and can be dropped at the office or in the coat room in Paxson Hall.

Please submit all donations by this Sunday, August 13th~ Maureen McGraw

We are quickly approaching the end of summer and it is time to begin to think about the fall stewardship campaign.  There will be much more information about this in early September.

The Stewardship committee is looking for a few good men/women to help us with this critically important ministry.  Please consider sharing a little bit of your valuable time with this ministry.  You will find it rewarding on many levels.

If you can spare even a little bit of your time please speak to Robert Ball, Kay Johnson or Mary Ellen Wilson.

Please keep the Stewardship committee and their important work for St. Paul’s in your prayers.

Summer is a great time to slow down, reflect, and consider our path as we move forward in our faith.  As you contemplate your journey, please pause and consider your role with the youth of The Church.  Might you be interested in teaching Sunday School this fall or during the second semester in the spring?  Might you be interested in working with Vacation Bible School next year?  Would you like to host youth group events or help organize youth outreach projects?  We really are in great need of your support as we build up our youth programs.  If you have a gift or talent related to this area of service or are willing to learn please contact Widgette Kelly at This email address is being protected from spambots.
